Gracelife Serving
We are thankful for every one of you and your willingness to sacrificially serve this body with the gifts the Lord has given you.
Below is a list of the areas of service needed on Sunday mornings. We are asking everyone interested in serving to let us know where you or your family can assist. If you are currently serving in one ministry and would like to move to another, please let us know that as well.
Audio Team
Summary: Audio techs will be responsible for running every aspect of audio during Sunday morning service. This includes worship, message and before, mid and post music in main auditorium/hallway. Training will be required for anyone interested in this role.
Expectations: Audio techs will be required to be onsite at 9:00am to setup equipment as well as teardown equipment when service is complete. This is very important as it relates to being prepared and ready by 9:45am. They will need to know every aspect of the audio components and be responsible for the following:
- Wire/run all mics and understand mic placement
- Wire/run speakers and monitors and know their settings
- Connect mic and speakers to PROFX16V3 mixer
- Manage background music for pre/mid/post service
- Manage sound checks for all mic’s and mix the various instruments
- Monitor sound and able to adjust during worship
- Be attentive to service start time, service changes, and cues received from those who are speaking on Sunday morning.

Nursery and Preschool
Summary: Our nursery and preschool volunteers exist to serve parents and children. We serve parents by providing excellent childcare during ministry events so that parents can devote their entire attention to worship. We serve children by providing a safe and enjoyable environment where Christ and His Word are exalted. More than anything, we strive to glorify God in each interaction with either a parent or child.
Expectations: Nursery and preschool volunteers need to be onsite and in room they are scheduled to serve, and ready to receive children by 9:45am on Sunday. Each nursery & preschool volunteer must undergo a background check, and complete the required training, read the nursery handbook and sign the handbook agreement prior to serving. Some positions require church membership.

Gracelife Kids
Summary: Gracelife Kids teachers serve children 5-years-old to 5th grade teaching children’s church during the worship service. This includes teaching from the Generations of Grace material, leading the children in a craft and activities that illustrate the lesson.
Expectations: Gracelife Kids teachers need to be onsite Sunday mornings by 9:30am to set up the room and prepare for the class. Prior to serving on Sunday, teachers should have the lesson prepared, along with a sample craft for that week’s lesson. Children’s church will start after worship singing and will remain in the classroom until parents pick them up after service.
