With the safety and security of our children as a main priority (Ps 127:3-5)

With humility, integrity, and purity as my hallmarks (Gal 5:22-24)

With a submissive, loving, and teachable spirit (Eph 5:19-21)

As a steward knowing I will give an account to God for my life (2 Cor 5:10)

So that I seek to fulfill my responsibilities outlined in the nursery handbook (Heb 13:17)

I fully understand and agree to abide by all the policies and procedures explained throughout the handbook while serving in this ministry. I acknowledge that a failure on my part to follow the guidelines outlined in this handbook could result in my removal from Children’s Ministry.
